By using spelt husks, a waste product from the spelt harvest, we actively contribute to reducing waste and thus conserve valuable resources. The production of our spelt board requires minimal energy and is free from harmful chemicals.

From the earth into the earth

Spelt hulls are produced as a waste product from the renewable raw material spelt. PREFORM uses these to produce pre-spelt. When the spelt husk is returned to the soil, it becomes valuable humus.
