Individually adapted to the room or even integrated into the room without having to change the room concept, sound-absorbing ceiling absorbers are ideal for improving acoustics. Our modular ceiling absorbers offer a variety of solutions with which you can quickly and efficiently improve room acoustics. Thus, our acoustic absorbers for the ceiling absorb disturbing frequencies and only allow those frequencies to be reflected back into the room that serve speech intelligibility. This synthesis efficiently counteracts noise interference. PREFORM ceiling sails are available in various shapes and colors. In all our sound absorbers for the ceiling, we combine design with the highest acoustic quality. Depending on the accessories, the ceiling absorbers are suspended directly under the ceiling or suspended by stainless steel suspensions on up to 20 cm. When the sound absorbers are suspended from the ceiling, they develop additional absorber performance on the upper side. The position here, in addition to the aesthetic concept, results from spatial planning for sound optimization.

Our Decato Module Scene ceiling absorber comes with clear shapes and 38 mm panel thickness. The acoustic panels are available in rectangular or square format. The core material is made of sustainable gypsum foam. With individual prints and a large selection of colors and fabric covers, these acoustic elements offer a wide range of possibilities to design your ceiling. The ceiling absorbers can be installed quickly and easily thanks to their suspended attachment using practically invisible ropes.

Sound absorbers for the ceiling and sound insulation regulations

Not only aesthetic aspects play a role in the consideration of using sound absorbers on the ceiling. Planning of room acoustics should also be included for legal reasons. Guidelines for this are provided by the occupational health and safety and noise protection ordinances, which define the reasonableness of noise.
